Trimdon Village Hall Play Area - proposals

Existing Site Description
Trimdon Village Hall sits at the northern edge of Trimdon Millenium Green.
There is an existing play area aimed at young children up to 12 years. Adjacent to the youth shelter there are three pieces of equipment for older children. There are challenging pieces for the age range 12-16
The back of the Village Hall is evidently a gathering space for young people and the blank walls of the building have been subject to graffiti in the past

Proposals aim to:
Provide more challenging play for older age groups
Make better use of underused space around village hall
Improve unattractive walls and deter unsightly graffiti
Encourage outdoor activity in older age groups
Improve walking routes through the site with paths and trees
The Parish Council is trying to secure funding to implement those considered most important by young people and other users, and is asking people to complete this quick survey.
